Private household use
Homelab Email Extractor is operated by Gareth Jones for explicitly authorised household accounts. This website provides information only. It does not offer public account registration, a paid subscription or access to household systems.
Authorised access only
Only connect an account you own or are authorised to manage. Google consent applies to the permissions displayed during authorisation. Access can be revoked through Google Account settings. The privacy notice explains what happens to copies already stored.
Review important decisions
Extraction and classification can be incomplete or incorrect. An email transcription may omit visual layout and inline images; it is not a replacement for the original message or attachment. A copied booking, refund notice or reply is not proof that a journey, payment or obligation has been completed.
Keep appropriate independent records and review legal, financial, medical and other important documents yourself. The utility does not provide professional advice or guarantee complete capture, uninterrupted availability or a particular processing time.
Rollout and safety
Capabilities are being introduced in stages. The overview page distinguishes current operation from planned features. Mailbox changes require their own enabled implementation and consent; connecting an account or publishing this website does not enable them.
Support
Contact the operator using the support email shown on the Google consent screen. Do not submit passwords or authentication codes. No acceptance of a new agreement is requested merely to read these information pages.
